We cannot say enough good things about Attic Pros! From start to finish, it was a great experience. We initially called for attic, crawl space and duct cleaning, as well as rodent proofing (sealing vents, etc). Samim came out and did a very thorough evaluation, showing us dozens of photos of areas that needed attention. He also recommended new insulation, which we hadn’t considered and told us our dryer vent needed repair. It took us a few weeks to schedule, during which time Samim followed up periodically, never pushy, always answering our questions and providing more info. His professionalism and knowledge was a huge reason why we chose to work with Attic Pros. On the day of the job, Osman and crew cleaned the attic and crawl space and installed new installation, while Douglas repaired the dryer vent and Kevin cleaned the ducts. They did an amazing job sealing off the work areas and keeping the house clean, despite it being very messy and grueling work! They spent about 3 hours vacuuming the attic and another half a day sweeping the crawl space by hand. Their attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We were sooo impressed! And Samim’s recommendations were spot on - our dryer is much more efficient now and we noticed the house was cooler within hours of the new insulation being installed (it was the height of summer). We’d use and recommend them again and again!

I would highly recommend Saed, who is part of Attic Pro’s special squad and handles outstanding issues that may not have been fully resolved by the initial crew. The original team did a good job cleaning, sealing, rodent-proofing, and installing new insulation in our attic. They also performed rodent-proofing work around the roof gable and valley areas. However, some of those areas were not completely sealed, allowing squirrels to continue gaining access to our attic. Attic Pro scheduled Saed to address the issue, and he exceeded our expectations. He arrived on time, sent a text message before his arrival, and was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, quickly identified the problem, and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve it. Saed was meticulous in his work and went above and beyond to ensure that all potential exterior entry points were thoroughly sealed. Heard scratching in the walls, and saw all our insulation in the crawl space torn up. Attic Pros were Pros! Ahmad Barekzai showed up the following day, did an assessment, gave us an estimate that same evening. Scheduled a time for the team to come to clean up our crawlspace and set out traps. Amilcar Cruz showed up right on time, was super organized. Laid down construction paper to protect our floors as they worked to clean out all the nasty, and replace our destroyed insulation. They scoped out the entry points and sealed them up, and put out traps. Over the weekend we still heard the rat moving around, so I called Attic Pros and asked them to come out and have a look, and Jose Ochoa found what he described as one of the biggest rats he'd ever seen. Photo of him holding it up like a fisherman with a prize catch. Bottom line: Attic Pros did the job, they made it as unstressful as it possibly could be, and they were timely and great to communicate with. This could have been a huge headache, and it wasn't! Thank you guys.

So we had been needing to get our attic and crawl space attended to, and was not sure of who to trust. My neighbors actually had some major work done, and I asked for info on who did their work. They recommended Attic Pros. Once we went through assessments… the team started the process. From beginning to end, with just a bit of miscommunication… the teams were awesome! I would highly recommend , and Denis, who was one of the lead guys, was so awesome in communicating with us. Denis and Walter, and the second team who came to finish with the crawl space…Jorge, Mynor and Sergio, were all great! Denis and Walter did an amazing job in the attic! Sending detailed photos of all areas, before and after! With all the removal of insulation, cleaning, installing new insulation, and sanitizing, was an incredible well done job! And with the crawl space, the second team went above and beyond! Again, with pics of before and after. All together, we are very well pleased! I would also like to thank the prep team the first day… Rudolfo and his team. As they did a wonderful job in removing and cleaning the attic to prepare for the next phase. Attic Pros sanitized my attic and installed batting insulation, R-38, 16 inches wide. They were professional and got the job done quickly. They sent pictures of the completed work. I entered the pictures into ChatGPT (I'm 84 and cannot get into the attic), which said it looks like a B+ job, overall good, but expressed concern about several uncovered areas. I don't know whether ChatGPT interpreted the photos correctly, but I called Attic Pros to discuss, was told I'd get a call back -- but did not. I then sent an email with my questions and got no response. I'm disappointed in the refusal to acknowledge my concern after contacting them by phone and by email. After I posted my review, Attic Pros contacted me. As it turned out, I had sent my initial email to the wrong address and it had not been seen. After we talked, Attic Pros scheduled a visit, the technician inspected the job and added a bit more batting. I appreciate the quick response, visit and additional insulation. I raised my rating to five stars.

We were thoroughly impressed with the OUTSTANDING crew we dealt with from Attic Pro's (Erick, Rudolfo, Douglas + one more) PLUS a secondary crew that came back after our electricians replaced rat-bitten electric wire (for ceiling lights) to put back one room's new insulation PLUS the entire team that answers the phone and gets action! Just to name of few of the Coordinators I got by phone who were pleasant, positive, understanding, action oriented and didn't try to make excuses or probe to avoid potential extra work: Fort, Douglas, Roy, Erra and a couple of more who were nothing short of OUTSTANDING! We were never nickled-and-dimed and always treated with the utmost of professionalism. The on-site crew laid down a ton of plastic on our carpet, wore booties inside our house, taking them off only when they went into the attic. They also took pictures of each major step --- removal, cleaning empty attic, laying new insulation, completing job. I can't say enough good things about their work ethic and responsiveness.

I’ve been dealing with mice and rats as I live in the country. So uncomfortable so, I called several rat remediation businesses for quotes to come and clean out my attic and crawl space and seal and sanitize. I bought an older house that hadn’t been maintained for years. There were a lot of entry points for rats to enter the attic, crawl space, and garage. I needed work on the HVAC, asbestos in the crawl space, insulation in the attic, as well as rat exclusion. The issue had gotten out of control and they were able to help at a much more affordable rate than all the other estimates I’d received. I needed a few minor things to be done after the big job and Jorge Martinez was super helpful in getting the last of the work completed. I’m glad they were able to make our home safe for my daughter and me. I look forward to the rodent issues being in my past with the help of Attic Pros.

Osman and his team are extremely professional and reliable. They worked very hard to remove the old insulation from the attic and the crawl space, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the space, and set up traps. Before starting the work, they carefully protected the floors, doors, and walls, and they cleaned everything up once the job was done. They even worked late to make sure everything was completed with high quality. They will return in January to install the new insulation, and they are making sure there are no mice before doing so, which is absolutely the right approach. They also do consistently gave us advance notice and followed up before each visit, which we really appreciated. Jose Olguin came out to our home, and I just want to express how grateful we are for his help. We’ve been dealing with ongoing rodent issues, and Jose was incredibly thorough checking the outside of our home, the garage, the crawl space, and even using cameras to inspect our duct system. Update: Melesio and his team came out to our home to rodent-proof the crawl space under our house. They first went underneath to repair and replace holes the rats had made in the ductwork, then sealed and rodent-proofed the area by installing mesh and concrete where the rats had been tunneling. After that, they thoroughly cleaned all the rat droppings under the house and finished by cleaning the ducts inside. The team did an amazing job and took extra care to protect our home by wearing proper boot covers and laying down cardboard to protect the floors. Update: Attic Pros came through with two guys who worked 10 hours on a Saturday to get the job done right. Thank You. Do not let them insulate your walls. They don’t have enough “handymen” to complete the job in a reasonable time so the workers must take shortcuts. I was lied to every day about workers arriving. I was promised 2 guys each day but always got 1 guy for a half day. Find someone local instead of these guys.

Rodent intrusion and the associated damage they cause is the worst! After reading reviews, I decided on Attic Pros because they have great reviews and because they specialize in the work I needed. I was not disappointed. Within a few days of reaching out, Tom came out and did the estimate. The work began only two business days later! The work was scheduled over two days but they did it all in one! The guys arrived on time and were cheerful, polite, and pleasant to deal with. Kevin showed me pictures and video periodically throughout the day so I could see the work, start to finish. He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly and patiently. Before they left they made sure there was no trash or debris left behind. The crawl space now looks like it belongs under a brand new home, it’s that clean and tidy. I highly recommend Attic Pros for all of your insulation and rodent elimination needs. I came back and edited this, removing a star. The work and workers were great. However, a few days after the job Julian from their business office messaged me that they had not received payment and the invoice was overdue, even though they were paid IN FULL THE DAY OF WORK. Proof of payment was provided and he messaged me that a receipt would be sent when the payment was deposited. Very disappointing and unprofessional of them to go after a customer for payment when the problem lies with their accounts receivable.

Great service, fast response! Omar is very good at what he is doing. He is knowledgeable, very helpful and hard working. My crawl space is old and hasn't had any real thorough cleaning. He sealed all of the rat entry points and clean and sanitized the crawl space very well with the specific detergent. My crawl space looks amazing and smells so good. I really appreciate his hard work. Now with his help, the crawl space becomes a better place that is not so attractive to rats and pests.

I had rats in the garage and was getting pretty stressed and annoyed about it but Jose and the guys made the whole process easy. They checked every corner, sealed several tiny gaps I didnt even know existed and followed up twice to make sure everything stayed clear. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right and not just rushing in and out.

Marvin Ayala was the foreman. He and his crew worked hard to clean up the attic and installed new installation. He. Loses all the gaps to prevent wild animals to get in the attic. Excellent work! Upon completion he took pictures of the attic and sent to us. The crew was on time and completed the work in one day.

What an outstanding job the main lead Rodolfo and his other colleagues Fernando, Alex, and Juan cleaned and replaced decades of bad attic and crawlspace insulation, installing encapsulation, cleaning and sanitizing animal damages, ducting, and did general related work without hesitation. I cannot say how impressed I am with Rodolfo (and his colleagues) work ethic, respectfulness, and attention to detail. Over the course of 5 days, he calmly and patiently addressed hundreds of concerns I had explaining well the issue and the process. He went above and beyond and I cannot further express how happy I am with his work. Attic Pros do seem to live up to their name. Although it'll take time for me to absorb all that has been fixed, I know I'm well on my way to enjoying a warm and safe home especially with Winter here. I am deeply thankful for his and his team's work and I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him in the future.

I am a repeat customer. Attic Pros is a highly professional company with highly skilled labor. They can do difficult or impossible jobs. They did a wonderful job on my attic (cleaning, broken vents, new insulation). It made a huge difference in my heating and cooling, I was surprised! They cleaned out my crawl space (lots of rodent skeletons and broken outside vents). They also replaced all the heating ducts in my crawl space. Marvelous work! This new job: My house is poorly designed. The clothes dryer's vent has to travel about 20 feet to an outside wall. It also has to work it's way around pipes and plumbing. Needless to say, it gets clogged with lint quite often and it's difficult to clear. I went down into the crawl space myself on one occasion and discovered that the duct was in 2 parts and the connecting duct tape had deteriorated so the duct was open in my crawl space. It was dripping with condensation from the dryer and I had to tape it back together. Noe worked hard to clear the duct and replaced the outside vent flap as the old vent was smaller than code and didn't work anymore. The new dryer I bought came with a "line test" that displayed 80% clogged. Noe stayed until the dryer indicated that the line was clear. Noe had to make several adjustments on the duct angles. He also showed us all the "right angles" the ducts had to travel with his flashlight and offered some suggestions. Due to the poor design of the laundry room location in the house and location of all the pipes and sewers, nothing was ideal. Noe finally got the air coming strongly out of the vent, I could feel it on the outside of the house. The new vent flap worked really well. Our dryer test line blockage went to "0%". So I can't really complain about Noe, the work or anything. It was a tough job, all the right angles of the ductwork, I've been in my crawl space, I know what I have, which is why I called Attic Pros! I did tell the "salesman" that I wanted a new 20 foot dryer duct as I felt that the old one might be lined with "glued on lint" over the 46 years of the house. We have tried to blow it out with a leaf blower and suck it up with a shop vac to no avail. I am probably being unreasonable but I felt just a little bit disappointed that I didn't get the new 20' duct as I felt I was very clear on that point. was the week of Thanksgiving so people are preoccupied. Noe did tell me that he inspected the old duct and it was good. The problem was the outside vent 20 feet away and the lint in all the 90 degree angles from the wall getting to the duct line. These are highly skilled men who know what they are talking about. Everything works great. I do feel that I got my money's worth. I did feel that the quoted price was a little low for replacing the entire duct line, that's why I disputed the quote in the first place with the salesman without saying "I don't think you are charging me enough money for this huge job lol." The salesman and I probably weren't quite on the same page but the job was done superbly! They have highly skilled labor. I probably didn't need new 20' of duct so they saved me some money. When I went into the crawl space to tape the 2 halves together about 2 years ago, I did see that like Noe said, the rest of the duct wasn't too clogged with lint, just dripping water. I need to be happy that Attic Pros saved me money and got the job done. It was a tough tough job, unless one sees it, one just won't believe the poor design. I will definitely use Attic Pros again. I love their skilled labor so the minor disappointment of not getting a new 20' duct doesn't justify NOT using them in the future. I guess I ordered something I didn't need so I need to appreciate that they saved me money.

Update: Raonel from Attic Pro came out today and worked multiple hours in fixing under our house. He found where the rodents were nesting and multiple new holes under our foundation. I really appreciate his time and care for our house. I felt he went above and beyond in addressing the problem. I also really appreciate the new management team reaching out to me to fix the issue and our previous experience. I spent time talking with them and telling them what has been going on the last year. I feel so much relief that we have a team that will take the time and listen to our concerns. Thank you Attic Pro!! 2024; 2 stars. We hired attic pro after rodents damaged our ducts in our crawl space. The whole team who came out was fantastic! They were professional, timely, and explained the whole process to us. This two star review is for management. Shortly after, we once again had rodents damage our ducts. The smell in our ducts is horrible! We have had attic pros come out multiple times to help us solve the problem and while everyone has been wonderful, the smell is not going away. We have not been able to run our heater since having our ducts done in January due to the smell that spreads throughout our house. We have spoken to the manager/supervisor about our concerns and he has assured us that by deep cleaning the ducts, the smell would go away. Unfortunately the smell is still here. The company says that vacuuming out the ducts and sanitizing them will Dissipate the smell. That would work if the rats have gotten into the actual ducts. The rats have gotten into the installation and made their home there. Last time we had the team out (last week), one of the guys was under the house while the other one was running our system. Through the floors, we could hear the guy in the crawl space gagging because the smell is so horrible. That is what our house smells like without even running the system. This is what our very young kids and us are smelling daily. Management said that they will not replace the ducts unless they are “damaged”. Having rat pee and poop in the installation surrounding the ducts is damaged. We have been very frustrated and would like to get our ducts redone since they are under their warranty that we were given.

Guys were quiet and efficient and worked hard to clean up old vapor barrier and put in new insulation. They protected everything with plastic. Hopefully they’ll return after rats get in traps and they have promised they would check-in with us in 1 week. I like that there’s a warranty also. Update: They did send someone out, Jose Olguin, to empty traps and do a re-check for any holes or openings. He cleaned out traps and rat excrement. He was so thorough checking around the perimeter of the house, the garage, and again under the house. Very pleased with the work!

Called Attic Pros to have them remove the old blown in insulation from my attic space and install R38 rolls of insulation. Rodolfo and his crew arrived around 9:30, put in plastic protection for the floors and sealed off the area so insulation would so insulation material was contained. They vacuumed all of the blown in stuff, sealed gaps and disinfected the attic space. They rolled in the R38, cleaned up the area and sent me pictures of the attic space throughout the process. They finished up by 4:30. The workers were quiet, efficient and very friendly and polite. Overall quite pleased w/ the work and results.

Alex and his crew were great. Everything was covered with plastic and floor protectors. They did a great job at every part of the job. I wish I could say the same for the office staff. They kept sending me review request for people that weren't at my house. We had a 2 phase job, first removing the old insulation then after my new a/c was installed they were to come back and install new insulation. However after the a/c was installed I tried to schedule the install and it took 4 times of contacting them to scedule. I had to threaten to sue them for Breach of Contract before someone finally sceduled my install. During all this they asked for payment for phase 2 even though they hadn't even scheduled it yet.

I had such a great experience with Attic Pros! I live in San Jose, CA, and my attic really needed some attention — there were signs of rodents and a lot of old insulation and debris. Attic Pros makes scheduling a free estimate simple, they promptly communicated via text to confirm the appointment. Tom reached out to me the day of the appointment to confirm his ETA. He was very thorough in his assessment, explained the work process, and provided the estimate via email right after the appointment. Greatly appreciate the top notch communication. Update - After the free estimate, I hired Attic Pros for rodent proofing, fixing air leaks in air ducts crawlspace, and insulation installation on air ducts. They did great work! Their warranty promises 5 return visits within 2 years if there is any rodent activity. One month after the work I noticed rodent activity and they came out right away and inspected all entry points, further sealing up areas, and resetting the traps. Pleased to say that it's now been 4 months and there has been zero rodent activity.
