Leaks & gaps
Leaky joints and seams let conditioned air escape into the attic or walls — one of the biggest hidden sources of wasted energy.
Leaky, damaged, or disconnected ducts waste energy and dump dust into your home. We inspect first, repair whenever we can, and replace only the runs that truly need it — no pressure to over-buy.

Repair or Replace?
Not every duct problem needs a full replacement. Leaks, loose joints, crushed sections, and disconnected runs can often be sealed or repaired at a fraction of the disruption — and that's usually the right call. Replacement makes sense when ducts are too damaged, corroded, undersized, or old to perform, or when repairs would just be patching a system on its way out.
The only way to know which you need is to look. We inspect your ductwork, check for leaks and airflow loss, and give you a straight recommendation — repair when we can, replace only when it's genuinely warranted. If the ducts are just dirty rather than damaged, we'll tell you that too and point you to air duct cleaning instead.
What We Fix
From a single leaky joint to a failing run, here's what we most often diagnose and fix in Bay Area ductwork.
Leaky joints and seams let conditioned air escape into the attic or walls — one of the biggest hidden sources of wasted energy.
A duct that's come loose or fully disconnected dumps your heated or cooled air where you can't use it, and pulls dust in.
Flattened, kinked, or sagging flex duct chokes airflow, so some rooms never get comfortable no matter the thermostat.
Badly joined or unsealed connections leak and rattle — we reconnect and seal them properly for tight, quiet airflow.
Torn or missing duct wrap causes condensation and energy loss; we repair or replace the insulation around the ducts.
Corroded, brittle, or badly undersized ducts are often past repair — that's when a targeted replacement is the right move.
Do You Need It?
Duct trouble usually shows up on your comfort and your bills before you ever see the damage. Watch for these.
Uneven room temperatures
Rooms that are always too hot or too cold often mean ducts are leaking, crushed, or disconnected before the air gets there.
Rising energy bills
Leaky ducts can waste a big share of your heating and cooling — climbing bills with no other cause point at the ductwork.
Weak airflow from vents
Little air coming from some registers usually means a blockage, a crushed run, or a disconnected duct upstream.
Whistling or rattling
Whistling (air escaping a leak) or rattling (loose sections and connections) are audible signs of ducts in need of repair.
Dust that won't quit
Excess dust that returns fast after cleaning can mean ducts are pulling in attic or wall debris through gaps and breaks.
Old, aging ductwork
Ducts that are decades old, corroded, or never inspected are worth a look — they may be leaking or ready for replacement.
How We Work
The recommendation comes from the inspection, not a sales script. Here's how we handle every job.
We inspect the ductwork end to end, looking for leaks, disconnected or crushed runs, damaged insulation, and airflow loss.
We show you what we found and give a straight recommendation — repair what's fixable, replace only what genuinely needs it.
We seal leaks, reconnect and secure loose sections, fix or replace damaged runs, and restore proper connections and insulation.
We seal the system properly and confirm airflow is restored and balanced, with no leaks left behind.
We clean up, walk you through the work, and flag anything else worth knowing about your system.

Real Customers, Real Results
These guys are awesome. Super clear comms to schedule, then received an extremely thorough consultation. We eventually decided to go with them as other shops in the area didn't communicate as well as Attic Pros.
Tom from Attic Pros was great to work with! He was friendly, professional, and thorough during the inspection. He clearly explained everything he found and answered all of my questions. The whole process was straightforward. Thank you, Tom!
Finding out we had a rodent infestation for the first time was incredibly stressful, but Attic Pros made the entire process so much easier! Jeremy was very knowledgeable when help preparing the estimate and the work that needed to be done. Their team that came to perform the work—Nico Otten, Juan Rodriguez, and Antonio Lopez—were amazing from start to finish. Communication was fantastic right from the beginning. The crew was super fast, highly efficient, and left everything very clean after sanitizing our attic, crawl space, and garage. They definitely gave us total peace of mind. They were also able to finish in one day!!
Our small cottage has a very narrow attic entrance. Denis from Attic Pros was willing to try and was able to enter to clean, vacuum, and replace the old insulation. Very professional, access areas were well shielded and protected. Powerful vacuum and clean up well after themselves.
Tom Best came to our house to give us an estimate on new insulation. He was on time, very thorough and provided a detailed very reasonable estimate within an hour of his visit. What more could you want?
Samim great service my attic was left very clean meticulous. I am so happy with the work that him and his team did great service. I recommend them highly. I would give them a 10 if I could.
