Following an initial assessment of your backyard, we’ll discuss all the elements you require and how we can make your dream space a reality. A custom backyard studio or office from just $39k
We will build your personal backyard outdoor gym, shed, or home office specific to your needs. Our price includes everything you need to feel comfortable, including foundations, frames, doors, windows, insulation and extra interior finishes to match your main residence.
We offer optional upgrades to create an even more luxurious space, such as external finishes, HVAC systems, a skylight, or a private deck. You can also add a bathroom for an additional $40k for extra convenience. Or we can even build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) from around $250k.

There is no ‘one price fits all’ standard for our outdoor spaces. If you require a backyard outdoor gym, office, or shed, our prices start at around $39k. However, this will vary depending on the size of your requested studio and if you want to add any add-ons such as an HVAC system or bathroom.

At Attic Pros, efficiency is at the center of everything we do. Our process starts with the free on-site consultation and ends with complete backyard constructions. All of this takes, on average, four weeks, so you can start enjoying your new outside space in no time.
We have been servicing the Greater Bay Area since 2009 and offer our outdoor studios for a number of different locations surrounding this area. You can request an on-site consultation if you live in the vicinity of:

Most of our backyard studios do not require a permit, making our process seamless for both our professionals and you. If your office, gym, or personal shed is up to 120 square feet, we do not need a permit to build it. However, if you would like to add a bathroom or construct an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), then you may need a permit and we can advise you on this.
We try to help make as many customers’ garden structure ideas a reality, however, if you do not have a substantial backyard space, this will not be possible. Ideally, we look for backyards that are 18’ X 25’ to fit the average size of our studios, which have dimensions of around 15’ X 8’.
Yes, we do offer smaller units. If you have a smaller backyard but still want to make use of a personalized backyard shed office or outside gym, we will be able to install a unit of around 80 square feet. This is around a similar price as our standard size, so please contact our team for further information.
Currently, we do not. All of our outdoor woodworking studios are built on-site where you can keep an eye on the entire construction process, and it allows you to personalize your space to your individual needs. We hope to offer pre-fabricated studios in the future, so keep checking back on our website for updates.
We understand that a bespoke backyard studio cannot always be paid for all at once, which is why we offer a range of financing options to assist. We pride ourselves on affordable pricing, however, if you do require b extra assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we will see what we can do for you.
We provide outside studios that you can transform into your backyard shed office so you can work comfortably and be more productive. If you need space for a wide desk, we’ll ensure it’s there. If you require extra electrical outlets, we can put them in. You can even add on your own private bathroom, so you don’t have to go back and forth between the main house.
Crafting a gym will depend entirely on what equipment you want to include once the structure is built. Let us know more about your vision and we’ll design and build a backyard gym you’re proud of. We can even include a private bathroom, to help you wash up after each workout.
