The Hazards Of Mouse Droppings 

Mouse droppings pose a health risk to humans because they contain bacteria and viruses that can cause illnesses such as salmonella, hantavirus, and leptospirosis. In addition, mice can also carry parasites such as ticks and fleas that can spread disease.

However, the most common way humans get sick from mice is by breathing in dust particles contaminated with mouse urine or feces.
